By making a purchase with Turbo Vinyl LLC, You agree to these terms

• We will never sell or share our customers information.
• Orders that choose Economy shipping will be sent without tracking unless they are over $100 in value or include a 24 inch decal or larger.
• We will replace orders that do not arrive within 4 weeks of the shipping date.(6 weeks for an international address.)
• If a request is made to replace a defective product we will require pictures of the defective product in question.
• We will not replace decals that are ruined by the customer whether by accident or due to a failure to follow included instructions.
• We do not accept product returns for refunds.
• We reserve the right to deny the customer a refund for any reason.
• We will not be responsible for any typing errors made by the customer when they place an order.
• We will not be held responsible for any perceived errors for custom logo decals.
